Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations Policy
Customers must notify Pentacore Electronics of any cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.
Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. All requests are subject to internal review based on order status, payment confirmation, procurement stage, and processing progress. The final decision to approve or reject any cancellation request rests solely with Pentacore Electronics.
Orders that have entered processing, procurement, customization, packaging, or dispatch stages may not be eligible for cancellation.
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may refuse delivery; however, shipping charges, return handling fees, payment gateway charges, and any non recoverable procurement costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Bulk, institutional, customized, made to order, or specially procured items are strictly non cancellable once confirmed.
Pentacore Electronics reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen supply chain constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and successfully inspected for completeness, damage, and compliance with return conditions.
Damaged, defective, or missing components must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs and unboxing evidence. Claims reported after this period may not be entertained.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. Any depreciation in product value due to usage, damage, or missing components may result in partial refunds at the sole discretion of Pentacore Electronics.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase. Payment gateway charges, shipping costs, and handling fees may be non refundable where applicable.
